Our Maintenance Support is available to all our clients. We can assist you by carrying out simple maintenance tasks safety like changing light blubs and checking smoke alarms. When our support team visit you at home they will discuss your needs with you.
once they have got all the information they need they will then put a plan together before contacting you again to ensure that you are completely happy with it.
Payment is invoiced 4 weeks in arrears. they can be paid by one of the methods below.
If you have any one off service or products for example a keysafe installed this would be invoiced separately, again this can paid by the methods below.
Once everything has been completed we will book your new service in for you. Where possible the support team will visit you along with your support worker and introduce you to them.
Regular checks are carried out to ensure your happy or if you have any problems.
