Appointments are the one thing in life that are important to us all, whether that be meeting friends, attending a hospital or doctors appointments or simply helping them to be arranged. With our appointment support, we can accompany you.

For example, there may be times where a loved one is unable to attend medical appointments and that support is needed to understand what is being said. We would accompany you and take notes so that the information can be passed onto your loved one in case future appointments are needed or things need to be done in preparation for the next appointment.

Meeting up with friends at a local café is also important to our mental health and wellbeing. But having poor mobility can sometime cause a problem. By using our Transport assistance service we can support you in getting there and once there we would use your wheelchair or other walking aids to get you into the café to see your friends. Don't worry though, we won't intrude on your time with them but we would be close at hand to support you when needed.
