Assisting with mail & emails

At Unique Care Solutions (South East) Ltd we are able to assist with mail and emails, we can do this for a number of reasons but this manly due to to a persons bad eye sight or not being computer literate. When asked by the client we will open the post in front of them and read the correspondence out aloud to them. If its a email again we can read this out to the client and if they want us to respond back to it. 

All our support workers when they start with the company sign a confidential agreement so information will never be passed to a third party.
