For our shopping service or for any purchase that a client wishes us to make, we would use a payment card that is supplied to us to make the purchases. So what is a payment card?

A: In short a payment card is a bank or virtual bank card that is connected to a bank account that is able to make payments via Chip and Pin or by contactless. We recommending using a digital mobile app bank like Monzo or Starling bank. These banks use mobile phone apps to manage them, this is useful as you or a loved one can control it on your behalf by putting a set amount of money into your account for shopping or to make those additional purchases. This also means that any of your other finances you have is kept save in your main account and cannot be accessed.
