Unique Care Solutions (South East) Ltd is a family run company that provides a range of domestic support, maintenance services and other support services. We are also able to provide telecare and response services through our partners at Response Plus. All of our services are available to anyone over the age of 18 year old. At Unique Care Solutions (South East) Ltd we specialise in adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions and complex medical conditions. We ensure that they are treated with the inclusion and the respect that they deserve. We are also very proud to support our ex armed forces and ex or current emergency services workers allowing them to maintain their independence, work and family life balance and support them where we can.

It's important to note that Unique Care Solutions (South East) Ltd DOES NOT provide personal care service like a domiciliary care provider would. Personal care is defined as washing, bathing or cleaning themselves, getting dressed or going to the toilet.

The reason for not providing personal care services is to support our clients where is needed. In many cases a person may be able to carry out their own personal care for themselves, but may have difficulty in doing some domestic tasks around the home. An example of this would be someone who has been discharged from hospital after a stay, has injured themselves in a fall and are unable to put the bins out for collection, walking a dog, preparing meals etc.

Even though we don't provide personal care services, we still pride ourselves on using the same systems (record keeping, communications etc), have the same training and have the same policies and procedures as if we were a personal care provider. All our support workers are fully DBS checked, have references fully checked including 2 x professional and 1 x personal and complete a fully induction training program before going out on support calls.

We are registered with Company House and our registration number in England is 14817732 and The Information Commissioner's Office registration number ZB674559 is to ensure we keep all data safe and secure.

Unique Care Solutions (South East) Ltd is based in the coastal town of Ramsgate and we operate our domestic support service throughout Thanet's main towns of Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Margate as well as villages in Thanet.  Please see the Map below to see our full operating area.
